Mindgruve was hired during an uncertain time for the bank. After a proposed merger fell through, First Horizon Bank wanted to improve brand trust and reputation with increased visibility and credibility. We were tasked with bolstering the bank’s corporate communications program, specifically integrating its priorities with the bank’s marketing goals. But we also had to expand C-suite thought leadership.
In addition to tapping C-suite executives to post more engaging content on LinkedIn, we conducted media relations and pitching training. Then we worked on media placements, thought leadership essays and speaking engagements. The results? Our efforts secured over 160,000 placements for thought leadership articles, plus C-suite interviews in major news outlets.
