For the second year in a row, the San Diego Business Journal (SDBJ) has recognized Mindgruve in its annual list of fastest growing private companies, a distinction only a handful of medium-sized businesses were able to achieve in 2023.
The honor acknowledges the 100 local companies innovating San Diego’s economy. To be nominated for this award, the SDBJ required companies to operate independently, meet a minimum revenue threshold, and be headquartered in San Diego.
“Since our inception, we’ve been driven by a simple philosophy — grow our clients’ businesses to grow our own,” said Mindgruve CEO, Chad Robley. “Being recognized by the San Diego Business Journal for a second consecutive year is not only an incredible honor but also a testament to the growth of our clients.”
Chad Robley founded Mindgruve with Executive Creative Director Clint Walden in 2001. In just over 20 years, Mindgruve has steadily grown into one of the top digital agencies in the US. Based in San Diego’s East Village district, the agency now employs over 100 people with offices in Denver, New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
Mindgruve has garnered multiple accolades this year, including being named among the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies (for the sixth consecutive year), the Financial Times’ list of “America’s Fastest Growing Companies,” Adweek’s “Fastest Growing Agencies 2023,” and the San Diego Tribune’s “Top Places to Work 2023,” among others.
