With Nationals fast approaching, Mindgruve has earned a coveted spot on the 2021 Inc. 5000 Regional list for California. There are five others that span the U.S., including DC Metro, Florida, Midwest, New York Metro and Texas. Each list recognizes companies in their respective state or area for innovative achievements, sustained growth and job creation—no small tasks during a pandemic that has wreaked havoc across virtually every industry and significantly weakened economies. Mindgruve endured, however, recording an impressive year-over-year growth that helped it land at no. 234 on the Inc. 5000 list. For added perspective, that’s within the top 5% of all companies in the state.
“This is one of the most esteemed honors a private business like ours can receive,” said Chad Robley, co-founder and CEO of Mindruve. “We’re as humbled as we are excited for what’s to come in 2021 and beyond.”
A San Diego-based, two-person shop at inception, Mindgruve has grown over the course of two decades to become a global, independent marketing agency with a staff of nearly 60. But that entrepreneurial spirit remains. With an agile and iterative process in place, teams of strategists, creatives, media experts, data scientists and engineers work in open collaboration with clients to solve their biggest challenges by delivering one-to-one customer engagement at scale.
“Mindgruve provides a variety of integrated services for Sony, Victorinox Swiss Army, Bollé, PCA SKIN (a Colgate-Palmolive company), SkullCandy and Boot Barn, among many other brands both large and small,” added Robley. “Our goal is to grow our client list further and deepen our experience across industries as a result.”
