The list is curated by the publication’s newsroom to honor business leaders who oversee significant companies in terms of employment, products and services, raise the level of their respective industries and drive broad economic impact. Many also champion civic initiatives that help improve the local community coming from a wide array of industries such as marketing, manufacturing, defense, financial and technology firms, life sciences and real estate.

With a unique strategic approach to developing Mindgruve’s areas of expertise since its inception, Chad has managed to build a top digital marketing agency over the course of two decades with offices in San Diego, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Denver. Notably, the agency was named to Adweek’s Fastest Growing list recently and has landed on the Inc. 5000 list for three consecutive years. In that time, he’s worked with high profile clients such as  Procter & Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive, Qualcomm, Oracle, Merck, Sony, Live Nation and House of Blues.

Chad is a passionate philanthropist and supporter of local organizations, many of which benefit children, the arts and young entrepreneurs.
