Mindgruve co-founder and CEO, Chad Robley, has been included in the 2020 edition of the San Diego 500: The Book of Influential Business Leaders. This coveted list, which is curated by the San Diego Business Journal (SDBJ) newsroom, honors business leaders who oversee significant companies in terms of number of jobs, key products and services, raise the level of their respective industries and drive broad economic impact. They also champion civic initiatives that help improve the community at large. Honorees come from a wide range of industries, including marketing, manufacturing, defense, financial and technology firms, life sciences, real estate and beyond.

Over the past two decades, Chad’s strategic approach to building Mindgruve’s areas of marketing expertise has led to significant growth. In fact, the agency was recently named to the Adweek 100: Fastest Growing Agencies List. 

Chad also plays an integral role in securing high profile clients for the San Diego-based marketing agency. In 2019 alone, he led the way in signing an impressive list of global brands, including but not limited to Victorinox Swiss Army, Boot Barn, Petco and PCA Skin. These roster additions led to a 45% bump in gross revenue and increased the employee base by 19% year over year. 

Outside of Mindgruve, Chad is a passionate philanthropist and supporter of local organizations, many of which benefit children and the arts. He also invests in several startups and serves as a mentor for young entrepreneurs in the tech, consumer and ecommerce sectors.
