Josh is the Vice President of U.S. Retail Media at MindgruveMacarta where he oversees the client services, retail media, and creative teams. With extensive experience in retail and performance marketing, Josh is an expert in developing omnichannel strategies that maximize marketing investment.
Prior to MindgruveMacarta, Josh worked in several leadership roles at high-profile agencies such as Wunderman Thompson and Monks, while managing media and performance marketing strategies for some of the world’s top consumer brands, including Anheuser-Busch, Reebok, Hydro Flask, YETI, Ford Motors, and Hawaiian Airlines. Josh graduated from the University of Idaho and received his MBA from Gonzaga University.
