Allison Wilker Senior Vice President, Client Experience & Managing Director

Allison is the Senior Vice President, Client Experience & Managing Director of Mindgruve, overseeing agency clients and operations for the Cincinnati office. She is a seasoned communicator, strategic thinker, and problem-solver who leads with a client-first mentality. Over the past three decades, Allison has leveraged her expertise to drive success for retail, financial, restaurant, tourism, and non-profit consumer and B2B clients.

Before merging with Mindgruve in July 2024, Allison served as Chief Client Officer at Icon Commerce where she established and built the agency’s account and project management practices. Allison is a graduate of Transylvania University.
