Mindgruve is looking for a contract CRM Marketing Consultant to lead the implementation, management and continuous optimization of client CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce. This role is responsible for building and managing the tools, data, and processes that power customer and prospect communications. This role blends strategic support and hands-on execution—focused on maintaining the health and functionality of CRM platforms, supporting campaign setup and targeting, and delivering actionable insights to client marketing and sales teams. In the role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage client data, deliver personalized, timely communications that enhance the customer experience, and drive measurable results.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Manage CRM technical implementation, deployment, sales enablement, and lifecycle marketing execution. 
  • Partner with the broader agency client teams to create and distribute marketing campaigns through accurate list segmentation, targeting, and workflow setup.
  • Maintain, update, and optimize the collection and implementation of CRM data, ensuring contact and lead records are clean, complete, and well-organized.
  • Create and manage campaign tracking and reporting dashboards to evaluate performance and audience engagement.
  • Work closely with the project management and design team to create interesting, compelling, and fresh content. 
  • Assist in building and maintaining automated workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages.
  • Monitor platform syncs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Consult with external client teams to align CRM usage with campaign and pipeline goals.
  • Document best practices and contribute to CRM process improvements across the internal and external teams.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

We Need a Person With:

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM administration.
  • Prior experience in performance marketing, retail media, and/or data-tech environment highly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge in HubSpot and/or Salesforce.  
  • Comfortability with CRM workflows, list segmentation, lead management, and campaign tagging.
  • Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence in working with reporting tools and basic campaign analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in performance marketing environment.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment while still meeting deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences through CRM.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
