The Account Manager is responsible for driving client success and growth for Business-to-Business Brand Partners under one of our key accounts, Celebration.com. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our business clients, ensuring they fully leverage Celebration.com’s platform to achieve their goals. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, providing strategic guidance, and delivering measurable results through excellent account management and marketing support.. 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary contact for assigned B2B accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business goals and needs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help clients maximize the value of Celebration.com’s SaaS platform.
    • Identify and Expand Existing Client products & services.
    • Identify and Facilitate Net New Client opportunities with the Sales Team.
  • Onboarding & Training
    • Guide new Brand Partner SaaS clients through onboarding, ensuring seamless implementation of our platform and services.
    • Deliver personalized training sessions and create resources to help clients effectively use Celebration.com partner programs.
  • Strategic Account Planning
    • Develop and execute tailored account strategies to achieve client objectives and align with their marketing initiatives.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, promoting additional SaaS and Marketing features and services to support growth.
  • Marketing Support & Collaboration
    • Work closely with clients to expand existing campaigns that align with their brand and marketing goals.
    • Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights to optimize client campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure client needs are reflected in future offerings.
  • SaaS Product Support & Collaboration
    • Work closely with clients to enhance licensed Saas solutions that align with their brand and marketing goals.
    • Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights to optimize client campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal product teams to ensure client needs are reflected in future offerings.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
      • Monitor client KPIs and business outcomes to measure success and identify improvement areas.
      • Proactively resolve issues, troubleshoot challenges, and act as the client's advocate within Celebration.com.

We Need a Person With:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, B2B SaaS, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, digital marketing strategies, and customer success principles.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive), Project Management Programs (Jira & Trello) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client engagement
  • Some experience with business and functional requirements gathering
  • Passion for creating meaningful client experiences and celebrations.
  • Some experience with website development, including strategy, design and development
  • Capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills
  • Spanish as a second language a plus

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Our headquarters is based in San Diego, California, with additional offices in Covington, Kentucky and Denver, Colorado.
