The Sales Support Specialist will play a critical role in assisting our sales team with various tasks related to discovery, proposal writing, responding to RFPs, and overall sales support. This role requires a keen understanding of performance marketing and retail media, as well as exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently while supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Discovery and Research:
    • Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
    • Gather and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and client insights to support sales strategies.
  • Proposal Writing:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling and tailored proposals that address client needs and showcase our services.
    • Ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and align with company standards and client expectations.
    • Maintain a repository of proposal templates and case studies for efficient proposal development.
  • RFP Response Management:
    • Manage and coordinate the response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
    • Work with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of RFPs and RFIs.
    • Review and edit responses to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with client requirements.
    • Conduct RFP post-mortems to help the sales team reflect on their performance, address shortcomings, and gain insights into their sales process to identify ways it could be improved.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, sales collateral, and other materials needed for client meetings and pitches.
    • Track and manage sales leads, opportunities, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain and update sales documentation, including client contacts, proposal status, and meeting notes.
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.

We Need a Person With:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a related role, preferably within a performance marketing or retail media agency.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and retail media concepts and strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Apple, Google, Microsoft software applications
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
