The Client Coordinator will support Account and Project leaders on the management, coordination, development, presentation and implementation of integrated campaigns, ensuring the proposed strategic and creative concepts can be produced and executed within client-specified time frames and budgets. This position is responsible for partnering with Account leaders and PM counterparts to manage client expectations, internal resources, project timelines, deliverables and budgets to serve and exceed our clients’ business and marketing objectives.
What You'll Do Here:
- Build out internal work orders including core campaign deliverables, timelines and mandatories to ensure projects are effectively onboarded into the agency.
- Work with Client Services leaders to create and maintain status reports, meeting notes for internal and client meetings, budget reports, and other documents as necessary
- Track project progress and update estimates, schedules and resource allocations in project management tool
- Be a point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs and desires are accurately relayed to internal teams
- Work on creative projects including but not limited to integrated campaigns, digital display, organic and paid social, landing pages, blogs, presentation decks, logos, brand identity, print pieces such as brochures and posters, online video, email marketing, etc.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
We Need a Person With:
- 1-3 years of work experience in account or project management management role in an ad agency or digital media agency, with a track record of increasing responsibility and account growth
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with creative and strategic process, traditional media, web development life cycles, social media, email marketing and online campaigns
- Comfort in assisting and developing scope of work, estimates and timelines for new opportunities
- Experience with content editing in WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Experience with Workamajig, Trello, Asana or other time/project management programs a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize your own and others' work in a deadline-driven atmosphere
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort working with individuals in all levels of the client organization, including strong skills interacting with designers, copy writers, developers, strategists, media planners and analysts
- Clear and detailed communication skills for clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams
- Strong written communication skills
- Passion for critical and strategic thinking
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
