Mindgruve is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Paid Search Analyst with a focus on paid search / PPC / SEM. Our ideal candidate will proactively identify PPC/SEM opportunities for our clients while staying up to date on the latest trends and best practices within the SEM industry.
Mindgruve is seeking a person with:
- Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, communications or business administration
- 1-2 years of paid search/online marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Expertise with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Search Ads 360 experience a plus.
- Knowledge of and experience with analytics and competitive analysis tools
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software Suite and Apple Productivity Apps (Pages, Keynote & Numbers)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional and personal integrity
- Detail-oriented mindset, focused on driving results and analyzing data to gain insights and opportunities for growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Experience with online bid management platforms is a plus
- Google Ads certifications
What you’ll do at Mindgruve:
- Track, measure and report on paid search campaigns across multiple engines
- Optimize paid search campaigns across multiple engines
- Support the Paid Search team in developing strategies as well as the day to day management of accounts
- Responsible for coordination and tracking of regular performance media tasks as well as ad-hoc deliverables
- Keyword research, keyword lists, and keyword bucketing/ ad group development
- Analysis and optimization of keywords, ad copy and landing pages in addition to A/B testing
- Monitor and assess the competitive landscape and keyword ranking performance
- Follow and stay on top of industry best practices from Google, Yahoo, MSN etc.
- Collaborate with Paid Search team management to develop new campaigns and strategies
- Development of client ready presentations
- Weekly client reporting
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
