Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Organic Social Media Supervisor to lead the development and execution of social media strategies that drive engagement, audience growth, and meaningful brand connections. You’ll oversee content planning, creative execution, performance optimization, and community interactions across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll collaborate with creatives, strategists, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, results-driven social campaigns.

This is both a leadership and execution role: you’ll guide strategy, mentor junior team members, and ensure creative excellence while also rolling up your sleeves to create and optimize content. If you’re equal parts strategist, creative thinker, and community builder, this role is for you.

  • Act as the main point of escalation for team challenges, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Lead regular check-ins and creative reviews to maintain alignment and quality standards.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new social team members.
  • Champion team development by identifying skill gaps and recommending training opportunities

Strategic Execution

  • Serve as a client-facing partner, presenting strategies, performance insights, and creative recommendations with clarity and confidence

  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure innovative execution.

Content Development & Community Engagement

  • Oversee and contribute to the creation of engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, copy) tailored for each platform.
  • Review and approve creative assets to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Manage online community engagement by monitoring conversations, responding to comments, and leveraging UGC.

Community Engagement

  • Manage community engagement across client channels: monitoring conversations, responding to comments, and identifying opportunities to leverage UGC and real-time moments.
  • Use social listening tools to track brand sentiment and surface engagement opportunities for the broader team.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver clear, insight-driven performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Recommend tactical adjustments based on data to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a confident, client-facing partner—presenting strategies, creative recommendations, and performance insights with clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, video editors, paid media, and PR teams to ensure organic content is integrated with broader campaign efforts.
  • Partner with global teams to maintain consistency across markets while adapting for local relevance.
  • Stay current on emerging social trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to keep execution innovative and informed.

We Need a Person With:
