ACCOUNT MANAGER
The Account Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day relationship with clients and making sure projects move forward smoothly from kickoff to delivery.
This role acts as the bridge between client needs and internal execution, translating business goals into clear action plans and working closely with Media, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure high-quality delivery, on time and within scope.
The AM is expected to build strong client relationships, keep communication clear and organized, anticipate challenges, and help drive solutions that support business growth across marketplaces and retail media platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will be based in Argentina, working remotely for Latin America.
- Own day-to-day communication with clients across marketplace and retail media accounts
- Lead client meetings, status calls, and support quarterly business reviews
- Monitor account performance, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
- Analyze campaign results and translate performance data into actionable recommendations
- Coordinate inventory planning and product availability to support campaign execution
- Work closely with Media, Creative, and Analytics teams to brief, align, and deliver projects effectively
- Support campaign planning, promotional calendars, and seasonal activations
- Stay up to date on Amazon, Walmart Connect, and marketplace trends, tools, and best practices
- Keep project management platforms (Asana) and reporting documentation updated and organized
- Take ownership of priorities, follow through on deliverables, and keep projects moving
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
- Solid understanding of Amazon, Walmart Connect, or similar retail media platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience working with project management tools such as Asana
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environment
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in account management within an agency, e-commerce, or digital marketing environment
- Proven experience managing client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with marketplace and/or retail media platforms is strongly preferred
- Experience with campaign planning and digital marketing execution
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
