We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Paid Social Associate to join the Mindgruve media team. In this role, you’ll help plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful results for our clients.
What You'll Do Here:
- Assist Media Strategists and Media Leads in developing paid social media strategies and recommendations based on client goals and platform expertise
- Execute and manage paid social campaigns, including trafficking, reporting, billing, and budget oversight
- Collaborate with platform partners and share insights with internal teams and clients
- Coordinate invoicing and reconciliation processes across client accounts
- Conduct industry research to inform campaign strategies and recommendations
- Create presentation materials and POVs for client communications
- Contribute to weekly client reporting
- Build and maintain an understanding of current topics in Paid Social, web analytics, data management, tools and technologies related to teams core responsibilities
We Need a Person With:
- Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, advertising or other discipline (with relevant work or internship experience)
- 0-2 years of paid social media planning and/or buying experience at an advertising agency, and/or consulting firm, and/or corporate marketing department, and/or software provider in an analytical or marketing capacity
- Experience within ad managers of various social media platforms preferred (Meta. TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap, etc)
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Professional and personal integrity
- A detail-oriented mindset, focused on driving results and analyzing data to gain insights and opportunities for growth

Compensation:
- Compensation: $24-$26 per hour (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate. The compensation range reflects base rate only.)
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We have six office locations in the US: San Diego, California, Los Angeles, California, Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina.
