Stephen is the Chief Commerce Officer at Mindgruve, overseeing the Global Retail Media & Marketplace Management Practice Group. Stephen is an expert in helping brands maximize their success on the world’s largest retail media and marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Mercado Libre, and more.

Before merging with Mindguve in June 2024, Stephen co-founded Macarta, a global retail media and marketplace agency. Stephen has deep experience working across all retail marketing and marketplace platforms and channels including overseas import logistics, listing and brand optimization, search and programmatic advertising strategy, pricing strategy, real-time analytics, and data interpretation. Stephen is a graduate of the University of Colorado - Boulder.
