Global digital agency Mindgruve is proud to announce that the San Diego Business Journal named two of its executives, CEO Chad Robley and Vice President of Media Ellyn Savage, on their list of San Diego’s 2023 Leaders of Influence in Advertising, PR and Marketing.
Before founding Mindgruve in 2001, Chad spent a decade as a startup entrepreneur scaling preseed businesses into mature, self-sustaining companies. Now as CEO of Mindgruve, he counsels global brands such as Merck, Oracle, Colgate, Qualcomm, and Procter & Gamble in pivotal strategic decisions, drawing on his long-standing expertise in the convergence between marketing and technology to help them transform their business.
Angel investor and adviser to fast-growth companies, Chad serves on industry and company boards in the consumer, technology, healthcare, and B2B spaces. He’s also a regular writer and speaker on customer acquisition strategies, best practices for digital business transformation, and performance marketing strategies for dynamic business growth.
Ellyn Savage leads media strategies at Mindgruve, leveraging her deep experience in market research and consumer insights to drive revenue growth, optimize client campaigns, and help brands identify and acquire new customers. After graduating from Penn State, Ellyn honed her craft on New York City’s storied Madison Avenue before moving to San Diego and joining Mindgruve.
Today Ellyn is considered one of the industry’s top omnichannel experts in cross-platform display, social media, and video, with extensive experience in TV, DRTV, addressable TV, OOH, print, and radio. The suite of clients she’s advised includes Marintelli’s, Olive Garden, Agilent Technologies, and Cars.com.
The deserved recognition that Chad and Ellyn have garnered underscores the finesse with which they have cultivated a workplace culture of employee engagement and development — and their masterful ability, proven many times over, to drive business results for some of the world’s most respected brands.
